Cancellation & House Guidelines

Cancellation

We know plans can change. With limited lodging in and around Sperryville, our cancellation policy helps us keep the house available for guests hoping to spend time here. Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 6 days or fewer before arrival are nonrefundable. Thank you for understanding.

House Guidelines:

- Check in after 4:00 PM

- Check out before 11:00 AM

No events, 6 guests maximum
No pets
No smoking
Damage and incidentals
Guests will be responsible for any damage to the rental property during the stay.
