Nestled in the Blue Ridge foothills, near Sperryville, Virginia.
WHO WE ARE
More than a place to sleep.
The House on Water Street is an old farmhouse, kept simple and comfortable rather than fancy. We're not a bed and breakfast there are no individually rented rooms and we don't serve meals. Instead, you rent the entire house, so it feels less like a stay and more like coming home.
We host one group at a time never more than six guests so the whole house, gardens and cottage are yours alone for the length of your stay.
